the personal attendant was obtained by purchasing the 9th Anniversary collection
you can usually find these on VS. (I think last time i bought some they were 4M)
they should add these to the store
and the items from the Spring Decor Token
(Navigator's World Map & Mariner's Brass Sextant... also the regs statue)
