Does anyone know for what use it the Wand of Warding for 25 points ?

No properties whatsoever.

its for transmog except you can't transmog it.

It was made so Popps will come here and ask questions about it even tho he has no interest in buying it?

Should ask what template the Wildfire lantern would fit. It seems like expensive deco to put on a Wildfire mannequin.
