"Pet Training Power Hour" and Whisper, do they "stack" with one another ?

I know that they are 2 different things, question is, when the pet is under the "Pet Training Power Hour" and the Tamer invokes "Whisper", do the 2 stack with one another thus making it way more likely to have skill gains, that is, to use more proficiently the Whisper accellerated gains ?

Also, is there a way to find out "when" is one's own Pet "power hour" time ?

And, is it 1 hour every 24 hours real time ?

the pet power hour doesn't affect skill gain,it affects the gaining of 'experience' towards the next round of pet training in the 'animal training' system

Whispering works like an alacrity scroll for skill gaining.

Two totally different things.
