Transfering a decorated house to a co-owner

I have a house that is decorated and full of items. I want to transfer the house to one of my co-owners, but we wanted to make sure that this operation will not remove the items within the house. It's an old classic house that is uncustomizable. Will the new owner retain the contents of the place?

Just make sure the account you are xfering it to has the needed storage% to handle it. If your house is 60% and is at max storage then the account getting that house will need to be a 60% storage account.
