EM Rare "Storage Pack For The Magic Cudgels" was reported on or is this a bug?

Hi,

I noticed late last evening that one of my EM Rares was reverted to hue zero, can only speculate it's either a player that reported it to a GM or some sort of bug/patch. If it was a GM i'd be curious to understand their reasoning... as the bag is named (not a doggy dupe), isn't cloth so can't be dyed with those illegal tubs (unless there was leather ones in that hue) and is a legitimate EM rare https://wiki.stratics.com/index.php?title=UO:Storage_Pack_For_The_Magic_Cudgels.

I would like to mention that @Mesanna has already replied to my email and this matter is being looked into, as for the legitimacy of this rare it was an actual drop from Drachenfels in 2012. i've already spoken to two players from that shard that confirmed it was a valid drop. It has been listed on Manticore's old rare list and dated back then https://community.stratics.com/threads/em-event-items-rubbles-server-births.98800/ (Post #15) as well as Lady Decadence rare site http://ultimaonlinerares.com/items/rares/event-items/748/storage-pack-for-the-magic-cudgels.

Now one of the arguments that was brought up is possible rogue EM created or that it was dyed illegaly, however why does my bag have the name of this drop? Cuz if it was truly the case then mine would only say "Backpack" as the title

If anyone else that attended this event or has this rare, please comment in this thread as I would like to have my EM rare restored
