Chivalry Rejuvenate recharge time

I first time tried Chivalry mastery. Now I am at 94 Chiv and 120 weapon skill. Having level 1 mastery.
Recharge time is 656 minutes!!
So this skill (not very powerfull, Cleansing Wind like ) can be used only twice per real - life day?
What is recharge times with 120 chiv and lvl 3 mastery then?

120 Weapon, 120 Chivalry, 3 Chivalry Mastery: 59 min.

Believe other kinds of lower level masteries that have to charge before the next use work about the same. Lower level masteries take longer to charge than upper level. Mage mastery that replenishes mana works about the same. Level one allows one or two uses per night. Level 3 charges in about an hour.
