Looks like earring quest will last till the next event cycle. October/November.
Kinda like what I said when it began @Fortis. No reason to turn it off till needed.
Hopefully players will continue doing it till they are 25M each.

I also explained to you that the Virtue quest is still going. So far they have not ended a quest event.
They may need to end this Yukio for an upcoming event that will happen in Tokuno. Or we will Find Yukio and not need to keep collecting evidence of her wherabouts.
