Problem - does not remember email, cant update to buy expansions etc

Person is a new returnee.  Name is Dokken of Lake Superior.  They are currently using using the account with the password and account name, but cant update info. going back and forth trying to resolve. is their a way to verify their id and get them into account so they can update.  I m sure issue is primarily to prevent a takeover by a hacker. can they possibly verify other info to resolve?

Does he receive the UO news letter?  Did he link his UO account to an E-Mail?  Check old EMails from UO to see if that may be it.  E-Mail @Mesanna not sure the address for help.  @Mariah
