What happened to the pet castle?

Is there an official announcement on the pet houses? I haven't seen them on the in-game store. Also... the best items which were released were veteran rewards for the record. I would have purchased the veteran rewards but I don't see myself buying the new in-game store items except maybe the pet castle.

They release one new store item every month. Pet castle will be in the near future.

Why put out the Shield Transmogrify when the Pirate Shield recipe is not out?

We have hats that are ready to Transmogrify. How long do we have to wait for that?
