Anyone can go and play. They will give you your wining on any shard you want it on. That is why it is in the general section - it is not only for Baja- it is for everyone.

Wow! You need more than a Snickers.
Again, this is for EVERYONE - so it needs to be in a place EVERYONE can easily see. It also changes shards weekly - next week it's on Chessy. There is nothing wrong with letting people know about a player run event in the most visible way when it is open to all.

Once again Marge it is a baja event.
Belongs on the baja shard forums.
Next week when it's on chessy it belongs on the chessy shard forums.

I don't like it because as soon as it was announced here, it was spammed on the shard I was on, which means it was spammed on every shard probably at the same time, which means....nvm.
