Try:
Ash fletcher kit->Of fortune->NOT powerful
once you get a 170 luck piece you like:
Ash fletcher kit->Of fortune->NOT powerful
once you get a 170 luck piece you like:
- POF to 255 durability
- Remove DI with whetstone if applicable
- Imbue
- Enhance with OAK, using forged metal tool, to bump luck to 210.
