What are the mini houses in the Ultima Store used for?

What are the mini houses in the Ultima Store used for? Are they just deco? Do they do anything like act as a container or make your house look like the type of house you bought from the store?

they are the old mini house deeds and are deco only

They are all the non custom houses and some of the contest winners. Players use them in deco.
