Yeah, I saw it too yesterday morning.  Someone asked "Is anyone selling a castle?".  Someone else said "Sure - for 50 plat."  The person asking said "Sold".  They arranged a meeting, and the guy cleaned out his castle.  

I am 99.5% sure it was legit.

You can not witness a private transaction between a seller and a buyer, alls you can do is post their BS claim.

Just because they said it proves nothing and if you believe it I have a bridge for sell.  I can log on 2 accounts and do the same thing with my castles, just because they typed it proves nothing.

Some player has been spamming in chat for a Castle.  And he was offering to pay way more than they are worth, so maybe he paid the offer or he negotiated down.
