Making Waves

This may be a bit of an ask...

But could an artist on the team put some waves all along the shores?
Nothing fancy, just a 2 frame animation tile even.

I think it would really improve the look.

The EC has a slight "slosh" effect.  For the CC we would have to add the physical wave objects along the coastline.  We have them but adding them in one fell swoop is tough (it'd have to be done by hand).  I'm all for more immersive and realistic environments though!

Make water tiles for houses!

Those aren't waves, they're sea birds!

I don't think y'all understand the mechanics of what you ask for...

I wanna see black twirling specks (4 or 5)around rotting corpses before they become bones.

I am asking for 3 addition graphics, to simulate motion, to be added in after a specific time.

This would be really cool haha. Very simple addition to the game...could be just a few pixels animated.

That was in response to @Kirthag , lot less work than all the waves.

@Norry
My reply to the entire thread, including your black specs, stands.
It is not just adding animated graphics to replace something static, there is a whole lot more involved.

Oh, its first gen codework. So for the new guys, i woukd assume 4 hours to draw the black dots, and connect them for animation. Then to find, interupt, and insert tje animation into the old code, about 40-80 hours of work.
So, yeah, i know what i am asking.

Ah ....... there was and as far as i know there are waves still. We had to fill our water jugs from them before the endless ones were made
