How can I get to full screen. I have max resolution. Have full screen on options? Also did alt enter. No go. Any suggestions

in CC, its an option under the eyeball.

Full screen in CC just removes the top bar. Are you expecting the visual area to be full screen? It never is in CC. You always have black areas.
