why was server down 05.00h all 2 days, and not 06.00h.. EU time ?
this is new was yesterday and day before.

WHY Go UO down 05.00 clock insteed off 06.00 ; and why is there no Letter about.

Dst, they've already changed their time in US and Europe will change the clock last Sunday of March. Its like this every year, just one week or so in the fall and almost a month in the spring.

As Chrille has said, it's caused by the difference in the dates different countries go to 'daylight saving'. the same thing will happen in reverse in October.
