cause the only way to get powerscrolls is fel.
and pvm players like to farm to sell. or use.

pvm do fel spawn..is nice to do .....and then some pvp' wait till boss is almost up , and own all pvm ones.

take us houre todo spawn..... and then some one come messup.. arg.
