that board is set up wrong. You have 2 brown castles, one is on the queen spot, the queen is on the castle spot. Compare them with the white pieces

If you look a bit clooser you will see that the king and queen have some differences. One have a smoot headtop (queen) and the other have a crown (king).

Or learn how to actually set the pieces up correctly, there's that option..
