I returned yesterday to the shock the their was only 2 people i seen on Baja. Are their any guilds or perferibly spawning guild on Baja?

Welcome back! Are you subscribed or on a trial account? I can't speak for Baja, but the best way to catch up with the community on Pacific is through the General Chat channel on Global Chat. If you are subscribed you can use it or you can wait until Endless Journeys goes live and you should be able to use it then.
