They changed the menu to CC. Did EC look the same but solid before?

Yup. All of those are CC menus. They changed the EC ones to CC it seems.
The difference is, we have a black space on the side that we can put the menu in front of.
EC uses the real estate.
Look at the char transfer menu. CC is clear. Did they also change that one in EC?
personally, with the way the UI is for EC and CC, I don't think the necessity for having "transparent" gump backgrounds is necessary anymore.
Make it solid, with higher contrast for readability.
UO has never met any ADA requirements for visibility... not that many games do. But I know for a fact many of them take ADA into consideration when doing key design stuff for HUD display and UI overlays.
Since we didn't "ask" for any fixes to the gumps, maybe the devs could just use a preexisting template and do an entire HUD/UI design rework in the next year? *hint*
The crafting gump stays where you move it so you can put it in a better spot to see it. As above.
So, EC gumps were causing all the lag? We could have left the Bamboo mats alone?
I dont have anywhere on my 15" laptop screen to move these vague gumps onto a darker area to be able to read them, change them back or give us a toggle for transparency please.
I'm not totally sure that's intended. The publish note refers to the mannequin interface, where transparent is an option that can be selected.
lol now they removed the transparency and the mannequin gump option for it is completely broken -.-
anyway who uses my UI will have the correct transparency in all gumps and the mannequin gump is permanently transparent...
