Does it behave like an ethereal mount and goes into your backpack when you dismount? Or does it stick around when you dismount?

Nope it is like the other store mounts. I dint think they will make anymore mounts like The Charger. But this guy usually rides a Windrunner so it does not matter to him.

The Charger was added back when young accounts could not ride an ethy even if they had one. Now, any age account can ride one but have to still earn the status to claim one. I think the Devs make an effort not to devalue vet rewards, so I don't expect to ever see another ethy in the store.
