I have dy up sand on  magincia.. weeks ago and now I cannot anymore plz is ithis ?

I’ve been getting sand from Magicia for a couple days. After I read your post I checked Magicia out on both Trammel and Felucca facets to see if anything had changed. Everything still seems fine. What shard to you play on? 

Do you get any message when you try to dig?

   I don't! I mine all of my sand in fel new magincia 🙂  just walking in circles up down and around admiring the empty stall and house plots and remembering when Magincia used to be a nice town 🙂
