A couple of questions about the "Paroxysmus' Swamp Dragon", maybe @Mariah ?

1) As by official UO Wiki ( https://uo.com/wiki/ultima-online-wiki/items/artifact-collections/artifacts-mondains-legacy-peerless/ ), a P'sSD, "once summoned, cannot be transferred to another player". But can it be transferred between Characters of the same account (e.g.. via the Magincia Market), assuming that they are both skilled enough Tamers?
2) A P'sSD "freshly" summoned as today, is totally "immune" to the "Dispel Bug" of the ones summoned before Publish 52 (http://www.uoguide.com/Paroxysmus'_Swamp_Dragon), right?

you can transfer the statue, but once summoned it bonds to the owner, transfering it, even to another character on the same account, would break the bond. I don't think anyone has ever tried transferring one using a magincia stall, but I'm almost sure you would lose it.
