Some had em events. Some have bridges. Some you cant. And i heard flying paths for gargs were broken now.

I had specifically created a gargoyle on Atlantic to try to get into those two area. I tried the flying paths and none of them went into those areas but I was able to make it to all of the towers using the flying paths.

Have you tried searching Stratics? It's been the de-facto UO forums for like over a decade before this place was opened. They got some answers from 2014.

The "Walled Circus", you can get to, it's the place you get teleported when doing the Dream Serpent Quest. Which I think was added via publish instead of released with the expansion, I could be wrong though.
I don't think you can get into the Void Isle though.
