Where is "Oddities Trader at the Lycaeum"

Can someone tell me where this person is? The patch notes say this person is at the Lycaeum which I think is in Moonglow...I did not see this person there. Maybe I'm way off with this but can anyone guide me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

go far west and then far north. It is the building up in that very corner. He is right at the entrance to the building. His name changes I think? like the clean-up guys so giving a name won't help I think 🙁

Okay found him. Good tip here is he is only in Trammel. Oh and thank you Gidge!
