Gimmie Vegas!

Every town should have a cool casino and tavern. Fire Island doesn't really do it for me. And a town theater with NPCs preforming some scripted play(s). Or just make a new vice town. In my home town of Trinsic you can use that big empty building by the south mint.

I would LOVE to see something like poker added to UO. Bucks den would be a perfect fit for it. Gambling with other players would add a whole new element to the game. 

Siege has a casino thingy of sorts, I thought every shard had it ? Sorry no pics.
