How do you craft mysticism spells?

I want to fill up a mysticism spell book, i have blank scrolls and the reagents in the top level of my backpack, i get a message that reads:

"You don't have the components needed to make that." for any mysticism scroll i want to craft.

I have the Stygian Abyss expansion, and i'm pretty sure i have filled up a mystic spellbook before...

I'm human with 100 inscribe.

You need to have a book with the spell in it or a scroll with the spell in you backpack. You can not make a spell unless you know the spell IE a book with all the spells in your backpack works well.
