Are free accounts allowed to use the chat channels? If so they should not be allowed, bots are gonna flood the chat channels when the game goes Free 2 Play with Endless Journey.. There will be a lot of spam on the general chat.
No one knows the limitations yet. There's only a few confirmed things. I personally think the less limitations the better. Just ignore the spammers. I, however, think you will get your wish and they will be limited to Help. I think your opinion is similar to a lot of others.
Already see plenty of spam bots on Pacific; I keep the channels off for that resson.
