Hit point regeneration

So i was recently having a discussion with a guy about hit point regen and the +2 humans get is that on top of the 18 hpr cap or is 18 the cap no matter what? can someone answer this for me ive looked all over and cannot find an answer to this

If I am not mistaken it is like the 20 skill points that humans have in everything, they are there until you add anything there.

Yeah humans 2hpr stacks with the 18 cap

Yup, log on EC with a human, put on 30 HPR, your character sheet will read 20 HPR, on a non human it reads 18.

if you’d like to conduct further tests, I suggest damaging yourself and pulling out a stopwatch.
