My question is:
Does the HPR of being in dog form stack with the HPR of items?
if it does them I believe the hit point regen rate (if 18 on items and 120 ninjitsu) would be 5.8/second?
i.e. 18 every 10 seconds from items and ninjitsu skill/30 = 40 every 10 seconds.
