Some are always empty, the non puzzle ones anyway (Europa), did you solve a puzzle to get into them?

I regularly do all the chests (puzzle and hidden) in Khaldun and have become quite familiar with which ones are always empty, Thanks. There were at least 8 puzzle chests that I normally do, completely empty. Napa did have a bit of a problem with server up yesterday and the chests have since corrected.

I have a problem with chests appearing empty but are not. Clicking on the loot button reveals the contents. Invisible invisibility potions.
