New Player Bank?

New players are telling me the vault/bank system for Endless Journey is really messed up. I don't use Endless Journey or vaults so I don't know exactly what the problems are but I guess it's not working. Can't remove items from the bank etc. I think this should be a high priority. Do we want new people or not?

Yeah when we were testing it, over-stuffed banks were still able to remove items to put them into a vault..I just tested this and now you can't remove anything. I thought that's what the vaults were for? So that if you did have too many items in your bank, you could rent a vault and remove items to put in the vault....what happened?

It was working that way about a month ago on Sonoma, not sure right now
