the you have tried to place too many times thing??
as i go around trying to help find spots for people it comes on a lot  :p

This was implemented specifically to help with script placer. I use to get this when doing the same exact thing that you are doing, helping people. I would find a spot and go bigger, bigger, bigger till I found the max size that would fit in a spot. Just slow down a little and you won't get it.
