Latency issues on Europa?

Morning.
Well this morning's play has been.....staggered at best this morning.
Playing Europa from the UK and basically if I go anywhere where "stuff" is...I freeze up for between 15 seconds to 1 minute to having to relog....
I have a Ping of 20ms and 37Mbps connection, no issues with other online games....

Anyone know what's going on?

update: narrowing this down to when I try to open any "container".

using pinco's UI? I believe I have heard similar complaints about containers using punco's...
