Sword with spell channeling and a slayer property

Would spells my mage casts while holding a sword with spell channeling and a slayer property get the slayer's damage bonus? For example if my crafter creates a spell channeling demon slayer sword would my mage's spells cause the extra damage to a demon that you would expect from a demon slayer?

Weapon slayers don't give added damage for for spells. However, Tim, you can equip a slayer spellbook to achieve the added damage from spells.

Dan, I already have a bunch of slayer spell books. Just not a demon slayer or elemental slayer spell book. My mage has not made any of those yet. I was hoping my crafter could create a weapon slayer with spell channeling that would be usable instead
