Make sure your pets are in your stables to transfer. All except Ossidrial can transfer. 🙂

ah good! you might want to link that video on the official pages or work on the keywords, because when you look up "Ultima New Legacy transfer shard" it only brings up the official post and some reddit hits that did not explain the process.
