Didn't know about the pet, but some just held things and didn't check. And it went thru, not their fault. Some have never transferred and had to look for shard bound items.
They shoulda took the other Lantern with higher SDI.
The talk on discord is that many items got through of course sold for multiple plats
They can't track items well except those balron armors they made a list of them but only certain ones so yeah can't replace missing items
