I'll go with the Manticore, it's a challenging fight where you have to keep on your toes. great rewards as well.

Manticore shows the type of things they can do since they spent 5 years working on the mechanics. Time well spent to make such a cool encounter. And they can do more like that.
I was in the second group to do manticore. We were awestruck and all died, had to call in for healers. It was great!!!
Pawain lives in the cave so he can do it after Victor dies.
