Can't Refresh Custom Keep after Resubscribing

Hello,

I'm on Catskills and am unable to fresh my custom keep, as there is no front door to open/close. I've opened all other doors, changed the house from public to private and back, and locked things down. The account that owns this house is paid for 90 days via the official site. I don't want to lose my house and stuff, how do I fix this?

Is your keep an old grandfathered keep that you were able to customize to a new style? I'm confused. Houses don't refresh anymore by opening and closing the door. They stay refreshed if your account is paid up. 

Silly to ask maybe but did you call a GM? Maybe put in a bug report. Send an email? Double check your billing?

What stage is it? Do you have trusted friends you can transfer it to?

Show a picture of the sign, if you are able to go inside the house, it should be fine. WE cant see how far along the house is.

You said your account went inactive and then you resubscribed.   Has it went through a full day/server cycle yet?

It can sometimes take time to refresh. I always suggest if it goes into this, to transfer the house to another account and after the 7 days transfer back.

Paged a GM. Problem resolved itself after about an hour.

Yup if you can enter the house after paying, it just needs time to catch up.
