Changing Endless Journey To a paid account not working ?

For some reason one of my accounts that is an EJ now Will Not take payment it just keeps looping back to the selection page to pick what type of billing cycle (monthly 3 month or 6 month) after pressing continue.

Anyone know now how to pay so I can have full access to the game on this account...

Now I cant even log into EA/Origins.
I think they are having Account management problems.
