Question About Reactive Close Wounds

Hi,

When I parry there is a chance to cast close wounds.

My question is, with 0 chivalry skill, I'm still able to cast successfully but gain low healing or I cannot proc it if I have 0 chivalry.

I know other items cast as if you have the skill to cast, and at 80 eval int.

So if it follows that same logic, it should proc even at 0 skill. I believe the parry chance at 120 is 30%.

If i remember correctly, it was said that the Close Wounds casts at your current skill level.

35% Parry chance with a Shield with 80+ DEX/120 Parry/0 Bushido skill.
