Is this quest bugged or what am I doing wrong here? I cruise over to Painted Caves, lay waste to the troglodites and their leader, and collect a fair number of stolen supply crates and the quest in no way is registering the deed. Even taking them to the quartermaster on the docks does nothing, and I'm not sure if I'm missing something in the quest description.
