I transmogrified a serpents skin quiver on to the
new cloak and I am unable to insure the item I also tried to use a
bless deed and it will also not work...

I converted a Rangers cloak and a Juno and both stayed blessed maybe something with quiver?

Yea most likely. I am thinking the counterfeit tag is causing it.

Yup, it thinks quivers are blessed. Don't use the counterfeit version. Too late tho.
I'm sure players have lost those quivers because they forgot to insure them.

A clothing bless deed worked for me on a counterfeit quiver transmogged to a cloak.

I tried a personal blessing deed as well as a clothing blessing deed just to make sure and neither would work for me.
A little frustrating as now I'm out an item I can't replace as well as wasted sovereigns. Hopefully they can get this fixed

I'd send an email @Iniquity. Someone should make that right for you. Perhaps Community Manager Fenneko could tell you who to email. I'm not sure myself.

This isn't a lost item. It's a broken item that should be fixed so it's insurable.
