The fact that you can't repair transmogged parrots or tabards or any transmog targets really is extremely poor design that doesn't make the game better in any way and only serves to prioritize some designer's poor decision over rational, customer-based design.
For that matter, it's time to fix all transmog. From the beginning, this game has had enormous customization built in and to have senseless roadblocks to that, not to mention having to *pay* to transmog a single item a single time permanently, is so asinine in the year of our lord 2025.
With new leadership it's time to move away from thoughtless design that doesn't serve players.
