Question about Frost Dragons

I read here https://www.uo-cah.com/bestiary/Frost_Dragon about various Available Training Options (Magical Abilities, Special Abilities, Special Moves and Area of Effects).

Yet, I tamed one and, contrary to other pets, this Frost Dragon does not seem to have the option of training it as available.

So, what gives ? Why the UO-CAH page indicates Available "Training" Options but this one I tamed has no training button to press ?

Shadow hounds, 3 slot beetles and frost dragons all in one day... They are 5 slot already you should know you can't train it geese

They are five slot, of course there is no training options available.
But if they came in a 4 slot variety that is what they would be able to train.

I understand, but since they are tamed as 5 slots wit no training possible, what is the point of indicating what they could be trained in ?

Besides, unless I missed reading it, I could not read on their description page that the available training was on condition that they were tamed as 4 slots...

A condition which I do not understand whether it is even possible that Frost Dragons might be tamed as a 4 slots?

Because, if they always, 100% are tamed as 5 slots, and therefore no training is ever possible, period, I do not understand the point of indicating the training that would be possible for them at their page...
