couple people told me the same thing, that they emailed mesanna last week 2,3,4,5,6 times and not a single answer on any of the emails, is she away? vacation? How do we get in touch?

How long does it usually take for a response?

I sent an email requesting a memorial be put on the memorial wall on Origin for a guild member that we lost back in October. We are planning on having an in game memorial and I would love to have the memorial on the wall so that after the memorial we can all go down to the wall and pay our respects.

E-mail was sent on February 12th.
