I didn't need to guess about Eclipsed Dawn, I read the top of the announcement where it says:

Eclipsed Dawn – Our next live event brings a dramatic crescendo to the Echoes of the Blighted Realm!  Experience a challenging champ spawn where those brave and lucky enough will reap the rewards of their hard fought battles!

Is Eclipsed Dawn another ToT type event or just an additional champ spawn opportunity?Or are we supposed to find out later? tyvm

A dynamic champ spawn. Will have participation rewards deco.  A boss drop that usually is not shard bound.

I'm sorry to ask, but are the challenging champ spawns on all facets?

No one would do them in Fel, so the spawn would never be defeated. Sorry.

So they will not have the higher pinks and power scrolls or will they have none at all and just rewards related to the event?

There are like 33 predetermined places they can do Dynamic spawns.  Yes, Rewards are just Participation rewards and a Boss drop. The spawn has way more mobs than a Champ Spawn.  It is a multi player event.

Another viewpoint could be that they would be done, especially by Felucca champ spawn guilds, that are very used to working in teams, and find it fun fighting pvpers at the same time. My opinion is that Trammel players have no idea what happens in Felucca, and they are missing out on at least 50% of the game by not being there.

An additional viewpoint could be, it should only be held in Felucca, as this would create a proper risk vs reward environment, and also massively reduce the troublesome Atlantic, and Trammel bot problems we have heard so much about recently.

TYVM for the information for some reason I thought all the previous events run had been like the current one, but from reading more carefully the champ spawn model seems to be used just as often.
