Is this quest broken? I can use a disguise kit & the NPCs appear in the hall, but the door is locked & I do not have pick-lock skills. There is a trap door nearby, but it does not work. The objective says I am in the right spot. The quest only says, "Infiltrate the banquet before the toast."
I think I have tried everything: I hid nearby for 20 minutes, clicked everywhere, looking for a secret door, but the guard at the entrance did not talk to me.
Has anyone figured this out?
