I can confirm the Yew chest spawns in general are very... special. They almost exclusively spawn along the northern coast of the area, and very frequently on roofs that can't be teleported to.Mariah said:I didn't think the spawn area extended as far as the abbey?

Posting on behalf of Sonoma players as I don't actually do the chests. But I can confirm that they do spawn on the roof.

I went to a vendor on Atlantic today and there was a chest nearby. It was halfway between the abbey and the moongate.
