Dont get me wrong.. first thing i try to do was to dye this heretic beauty with a tokuno dye.. When i couldn't i waited for a spare to try enhancing it.. I love it for the fact we can dye it.. sandbox with people wearing the same colored/model shield.. would be 😂
But that shield already OP.. do we really need to enhance it on top?
The first thing that came to mind is.. maybe that dev just removed shard bound last minute; maybe shard bound cannot be enhanced.. and maybe it's not intended.

Maybe the developers saw the handy start of a check list posted here:

Enhancing items is hardly an earth shattering power boost. Not sure why you didn't pick gold ingots for your enhance, but hey.
In fact, all the tinkering with transmog, and disallow stripping "mage armor" from a transmogged scholar halo to a bone helmet was a bit of a mystery to me.

PS: i'm having 0 fun data analysing the new loots with 10 properties, so i don't do it.. i just kill stuff pack a bag and train imbue when i'm not on the mule account while waiting on heresie like that shield.. seems to be how u playing a theme gated game to me, but hey!
